I’ve always loved technology, but I didn’t want to just write code or build systems for people I’ll never meet. I wanted to use tech to solve problems that felt personal, problems you hear when you sit down with a farmer over tea, or walk through a village that’s rebuilt its homes more times than it can count because of elephants.
When Prabin and I started Bitflux Innovations, it wasn’t because we saw a business opportunity. It was because we saw suffering and we believed that with the right blend of compassion and creativity, we could do something about it. My role focuses on the bigger picture, making sure we’re not just solving technical problems, but also building something sustainable, inclusive, and trusted by the communities we serve.
This work matters because it’s about people. It’s about safety. And it’s about proving that innovation doesn’t have to come from somewhere else it can start right here in Nepal, rooted in empathy.
